Reflecting on your journey as a woman leader, what are some key lessons you have learned along the way?
One of the most valuable lessons I have learned throughout my career is the importance of effective communication in leadership.
I have learned to embrace change and adaptability. In the fast-paced world of marketing, it is essential to stay agile and open-minded.
By embracing new technologies, trends, and strategies, I have been able to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation within my organisation.
What are some of the biggest challenges facing women in the workplace today, and how do you see us overcoming them?
One of the major challenges facing women is the lack of representation in leadership positions. This can limit opportunities for their growth. To overcome this, organisations need to implement strategies that support and empower women to take on leadership positions.
This can include mentorship programs, leadership development initiatives, and creating a supportive network that fosters the growth and advancement of women. I’m proud that Bentley has a global mentorship program to support this.
What inspires you to continue breaking barriers and achieving new heights in your career?
It is a combination of personal drive, the pursuit of excellence, and the desire to make a meaningful impact.
My personal drive pushes me to constantly challenge myself beyond my comfort zone. I am inspired by the opportunity to create exceptional marketing strategies, deliver outstanding results, and contribute to the success of Bentley and Lamborghini.
As a woman in a leadership position, I am conscious of the impact I can have on other aspiring women. I am driven to break barriers and achieve new heights in my career as well as mountaineering pursuits, showing that gender should never limit one’s potential for success.
