Bahrain ended its participation in the fifteenth Arab Games after recording its eighth attendance at the session since its first presence in the Syria 1976 Games before the establishment of the Olympic Committee.




This time it participated in seven Olympic Games, which are athletics, swimming, table tennis, cycling, weightlifting, badminton, sail in addition to one Paralympic game.






Athletics won the most share of medals, with its champions achieving fourteen gold medals, six silver medals, and five bronze medals (25 medals).

The Bahrain Maritime Sport Team won three gold medals and one bronze medal (4 medals).



As for table tennis, it won a gold medal, two silver medals, and two bronze medals (5 medals). Badminton won one gold medal (medal). Swimming won two silver medals and three bronze medals (5 medals). The cyclists won a silver and a bronze medal (2 medals).



In the Paralympic sports, the athletics team won a gold and a silver medal (2 medals).
