The colt Bradsell made history at the Royal Ascot as it won the King’s Stand Stakes at the Royal Ascot under the Victorious banner.

This victory also makes his jockey, Hollie Doyle, the first female rider to win a Group One at the Royal meeting as well as the female jockey with most victories at the meeting.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS) Chairman expressed delight at the achievement.

He said the victory reflects the standing of Bahrain’s equestrian sports in international sports arenas and a string of achievements at the Royal Ascot Festival, which is considered one of the strongest races in the world.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad praised the efforts of trainer Archie Watson and jockey Hollie Doyle for their success in leading Bradsell to triumph in the race.

Bradsell won a second-class race last year at the same festival, before triumphing this year in the first-class race.
