MG Motor Middle East has achieved a remarkable milestone in 2024, registering 70,033 vehicle sales across the GCC, Levant, and Morocco. This marks a 10% increase from the previous year, reflecting the brand’s steady growth and increasing popularity in the region. Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the UAE were key contributors to this success.
Saudi Arabia led the region with 24,500 MG vehicles sold, solidifying its key market position. The appointment of Jiad Modern Motors as MG’s distributor further strengthened its presence. The UAE followed with 12,900 units sold, marking a 29% growth over 2023. MG’s success is driven by its stylish designs, advanced safety features, and strong value for money.

A Strategic Push for Innovation and Growth
MG’s success mirrors that of its parent company, SAIC Motor, which delivered over 4.6 million units globally in 2024. Focused on technological reforms and expanding its New Energy Vehicle (NEV) lineup, MG’s seven new models—spanning both combustion and electric vehicles—contributed significantly to this growth.
MG’s growth is also driven by its commitment to customer satisfaction. In 2024, the brand expanded its service centers and showrooms across the Middle East, improving aftersales care. Additionally, MG opened a second spare parts warehouse in Jeddah, increasing efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of essential components.
