Situated along the rapidly redeveloping Sheikh Zayed Road, near the iconic Museum of the Future, the two-tower structure will stand at over 500 meters tall, making it one of the world’s tallest buildings. The distinctive design features a cantilevered sky lobby extending 200 meters above the ground, offering breathtaking views. This innovative design will redefine the Dubai skyline and set a new benchmark for luxury living and hospitality in a city renowned for its high-end hotels.

The project will also offer stunning event spaces, five dining venues, rooftop pools, a private members’ club, and lush green areas. With a total built-up area of 330,000 square meters, the development will deliver unparalleled views of key landmarks, including the Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach.
