Chopard reinvents the art of jewellery with its Red Carpet Collection. Emotion, creative, daring and technical excellence are the hallmarks of this 2023 edition, through which the Maison demonstrates its affinity with the Art.

For the 76th Cannes Festival, Caroline Scheufele designed no less than 76 Haute Joaillerie masterpieces- an array of fascinating works reflecting the boundless curiosity of herself, Chopard’s Co-President and Artistic Director.
A KALEIDOSCOPE OF INSPIRATION

A flair for perceiving and capturing details. The ability to glean – from architecture, museums, galleries, conversations, nature or starry nights – a range of fragments contributing to the essence of creation. Therein lies the talent of Caroline Scheufele, who is able to embrace all the beauty of the world to assemble the wherewithal to shape the Haute Joaillerie collections she designs for Chopard. The Red Carpet Collection brings a whole range of emotions to the red carpet.
JEWELLERY ARTS: BETWEEN RESEARCH AND TRADITION

Each year Chopard creates an Haute Joaillerie collection featuring the exact number of jewellery masterpieces matching the latest edition of the Cannes Festival. Each piece of jewellery in the Red Carpet Collection thus highlights the talent and expertise of the Maison’s Artisans.

To express Caroline Scheufele’s creative spirit, they explore the ultimate in innovation: from employing new materials such as titanium to using novel stone-cutting techniques. From design to volumes, from gold craftsmanship to precious stone mastery, these gifted Artisans combine their talents in giving life to this collection.
CREATIVE SPIRIT

Architecture, painting, literature, dance, music or cinema; any genre can set Caroline’s creativity flowing. One such example is an incredible ring created by her where the central yellow sapphire is supported by a group of antique-style sculptures carved in gold and attired in brilliant-cut diamonds. Another piece that catches the eye is a dog-collar necklace with diamond feathers skillfully crafted to form gossamer-light volutes. Nature, the first artisan of all, also remains a powerful source of inventiveness for Caroline’s creativity.
