Under the patronage of His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Cycling Federation, the Kingdom hosted the press conference for the Nasser Bin Hamad Cycling Tour 2024 4th edition. The conference held at The Address Beach Resort, attracted participants from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Thailand, Syria, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Iraq, and India.
Led by Swiss instructor Mr. Alexis, the course provided a comprehensive mix of theoretical lessons, hands-on training, and field exercises, covering the latest in cycling mechanics and techniques. Participants expressed immense satisfaction with the training, praising the opportunity to enhance their skills in a sport that has grown significantly on both regional and global levels.
His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa thanked Mr. Alexis for his expertise and expressed gratitude to the Asian and International Cycling Federations for trusting Bahrain to host such an important event. He also acknowledged the organizing committee, led by Sayed Shabar Al-Wadaei, for their efforts in ensuring the success of the course.
This successful event further reinforces Bahrain’s position as a hub for cycling development and technical training in the region.
