This collaboration has created abuzz online – Mercedes Benz revealed the collab between the Mercedes G-Class and Moncler earlier this week at “The Art of Genius” show during London Fashion Week.
As part of Project Mondo G, the G-Class has been reimagined.
This blend of motors and puffer jackets took over a year to perfect.
The roof and wheels of the heavy-duty wagon feature extremely glossy reflective surfaces. It is, however, removable.
There is no way we can ignore the humongous zipper, emblazoned with Moncler’s branding, which adds 2.5 tons to the weight of this vehicle. It weighs about 0.5 tons more than a regular G Class

This design has been the brain-child of Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Offier, Mercedes-Benz, who has designed everything at the firm from the AMG_ONE to the A-Class since 2002. It gives one serious spaceship vibes, does it not? Well, the fact that it is intentional should come as no surprise!
This is not the first collaboration that Mercedes has had with a fashion house, they have worked earlier with Abloh and Art Basel Miami.
