Hilton Bahrain, one of the Kingdom’s most celebrated lifestyle destinations, has launched the Hilton Bahrain Art Competition, shining a spotlight on Bahrain’s vibrant community of emerging artists. Renowned for transforming its spaces into platforms of cultural expression, Hilton Bahrain continues to champion creativity, artistry, and innovation within the Kingdom.
A Platform for Rising Talent in Bahrain
This latest initiative reflects the hotel’s long-standing commitment to nurturing the local art scene. From 16 talented artists across Bahrain, three will be selected by a distinguished panel of judges for their creativity, originality, and vision. More than just recognition, winners will see their artwork immortalized on the hotel’s walls—offering them a permanent space in one of Bahrain’s most artistic hospitality venues.
Judges from Bahrain’s Thriving Art Scene
The competition is being evaluated by an esteemed panel of judges, including:
- Ms. Rasha Al Mannai, Bahraini artist and cultural advocate.
- Ms. Samar Busheri, Bahrain’s first female graffiti artist.
- Dr. Muneera Alsubaiee, art critic and enthusiast.
Their expertise ensures that the winning works not only showcase artistic excellence but also reflect Bahrain’s growing creative identity.
Exclusive Prizes and Opportunities
The three winners of the Hilton Bahrain Art Competition will receive exclusive prizes from Hilton Bahrain and its partners: Artful, Union Stationaries, and Sportshub. Most importantly, their work will adorn the hotel’s interiors, symbolizing Hilton Bahrain’s bond with the local art community and ensuring guests experience creativity woven into every corner of the property.
A Celebration of Art, Hospitality, and Culture
Winners will be announced during a special unveiling event on 30 September at Hilton Bahrain. The event will celebrate not only the chosen artists but also the Kingdom’s broader creative community. Guests will have the opportunity to engage with the artworks, meet the artists, and witness firsthand how Hilton blends art with world-class hospitality.
As a supporter of local arts, our goal is to spotlight emerging artists in the Kingdom,” said Tamer Farouk, General Manager of Hilton Bahrain. “We are honoured to receive such incredible submissions and look forward to seeing the winning pieces become a permanent part of Hilton Bahrain’s story.”
