Fashion Week Paris to Manama was a week of intense learning, robust exchange of ideas, workshops, and talks that culminated in a fashion show showcasing the best of what Bahraini designers had to offer. Organised by the French Embassy in Bahrain, in collaboration with the Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs, the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, and Tamkeen, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic relations between France and Bahrain and the second edition of brought the unique flair of the young emerging Bahraini fashion designers into the limelight.
The fashion show took place on the picturesque waterfront of the National Theatre of Bahrain with a dozen emerging designers displaying their collections. A jury of Bahraini and French experts voted to give the winners an opportunity to develop their fashion skills in France in 2023.
