Beyoncé brought Juneteenth to her fashion-forward Renaissance tour that completely complements her latest work.
The musician has collaborated with Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing to create a one-of-a-kind haute couture collection inspired by each track on the album.
“Beyoncé advocates for freedom above all else, for freedom in today’s world,” Rousteing said. “This is a powerful voice that resonates. She speaks of diversity, of every kind of diversity, and pays tribute to the queer community, honoring house music, ballroom, and voguing balls.”

“Olivier is a dream partner and a constantly innovating and evolving designer,” Beyoncé added. “Everything he did as a Black seamstress to break down and open doors was inspirational. From our very first meeting and with the designs he has made over the years for my shows and appearances, I knew that one day I would be working with him on a collection. I am very proud of what we have created and of the synergy that has been created between our teams.”

Each look is inspired by a Renaissance song—for example, “Alien Superstar” is a glittering bodysuit with a dramatic matching headpiece and sunglasses. “Heated,” on the other hand, is a rhinestone-studded black hooded dress.
“In honor of Juneteenth, everything I wore for Renaissance World Tour tonight was created exclusively by Black designers,” the singer wrote on Instagram on Sunday.
To mark the Juneteenth holiday, Beyoncé wore a series of outfits entirely made by Black designers for her Amsterdam concert on Sunday.

Davis dressed the singer in a striking red, bead- and crystal-embroidered dress, as well as a silver lamé jersey draped mini dress and matching thigh-high boots. “It was an honor to create (these) looks for Beyoncé and be a part of her creative process,” Davis said in a statement. “I wanted to design pieces that felt like they inhabited her spirit and style.
The Queen served every single look on this tour and definitely did justice to the designers
