Hilton Hotels continues its expansion in the United Arab Emirates by announcing a partnership with M Hospitality to open the Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa. This upscale property will grace the shores of Ras Al Khaimah, the UAE’s northernmost emirate, and is slated to open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2026.
“Hilton has enjoyed a successful presence in Ras Al Khaimah for over two decades,” said Carlos Khneisser, Vice President of Development for Hilton in the Middle East and Africa. “We’re thrilled to collaborate with M Hospitality once again and contribute to the emirate’s thriving tourism scene.”

Khneisser highlights the significant growth potential in Ras Al Khaimah, particularly in leisure destinations like Marjan Island. With visitor numbers projected to exceed 3.8 million by 2027, Hilton sees this as a prime opportunity to expand their offerings in the region. The addition of the Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will join Hilton’s existing portfolio of two hotels on the island, solidifying their presence in this popular leisure hub.
Guests at the Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa can expect a luxurious escape. The resort boasts 315 spacious king rooms and 35 well-appointed suites, offering ample space for relaxation and indulgence. A variety of dining options will cater to diverse culinary preferences, with six restaurants and bars on-site.

Beyond the delectable dining scene, the resort boasts a range of leisure facilities designed to entertain and rejuvenate guests of all ages. Whether it’s maintaining fitness goals at the fitness club, indulging in pampering treatments at the spa and wellness centre, or taking a refreshing dip in the 360-degree sky pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the resort caters to every desire.
For families, the property features dedicated amenities. Children can create lasting memories at the dedicated kids club, complete with a pool and playground. Meanwhile, parents can unwind in the exclusive executive lounge or conduct business meetings in one of the four meeting rooms. For larger events, a grand ballroom with a capacity of 300 people provides a stunning backdrop for conferences or social gatherings.

With the addition of the Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa, Hilton strengthens its presence in the UAE, bringing its portfolio to 36 hotels across the country. This new addition in Ras Al Khaimah reflects the company’s commitment to cater to the growing demand for upscale hospitality experiences in this dynamic and ever-evolving tourism destination.
