The Luxurious Premium Experience at the Four Seasons Ramadan Tent is a must-try!
There was so much buzz around this unique luxury ghabgha experience that we at Life N Style had to check it out for ourselves.
The enchanting aroma of various delicacies is the first thing that envelops your senses as you are escorted to your table inside the spectacular Four Seasons Ramadan tent. The festive strains of live music set the mood for the Premium Experience at the hotel’s award-winning Ramadan tent is an opulent dining option for those who looking for something unique for their ghabgha feast.
A fully-waited table with a dedicated Four Seasons Butler at your beck-and-call is an interesting experience as it certainly allows you truly enjoy the ghabhga experience without the hassle of the back and forth to the buffet line cutting through the crowd.
While the experience comes with an oriental set menu of seven main courses and seven desserts and a selection of heavenly mocktails – Passion Mint Fizz being our favourite – the Premium Experience also allows you to select any additional items from the extensive buffet selection to be served at your table.

After taking a seat at the table laid with chic and tasteful tableware and selected cold mezze, the main course was brought out which comprised Oriental delicacies like eggplant moussaka, chicken kabsa, mixed grills, fish sayadieh and the star of the show – the lamb ouzi.
From the moment the covers are lifted, the rich aroma of tender lamb mingled with fragrant spices fills the air. The melt-in-your-mouth meat was perfectly complemented by the tangy sweetness of the accompanying sauce. The beef harees is creamy and pairs perfectly with the meat. The smooth texture is a delightful contrast to the tender meat, and you can taste the subtle flavour of the different herbs and spices used in the dish. Even the grills were delightfully juicy and succulent.
The eggplant moussaka was a dish with a depth of flavour, each being revealed with every bite. It made for a perfect accompaniment to the lamb and harees. The portions were generous, and you savour every bite.
Finally, it was time for dessert and there were seven courses from Umm Ali to rice pudding, and baklava, to choose from. As is customary, we started with the Umm Ali. The delicate sweetness of the pastry was perfectly balanced by the richness of the cream. Some sweetened milk is provided to adjust the consistency to your liking. It’s these small details that make the Premium Experience at the Four Seasons stand out.

The rice pudding was the perfect cap to the meal, providing a creamy, comforting dessert that is the perfect finale to this sumptuous meal.
Overall, the perfectly-spiced & flavourful food, the lively ambience, and the superb service made this one of our favourite luxurious culinary experiences this Ramadan.
