These monstrous huge flashy boots are being spotted on celebrities, A- Listers, influencers and street stars after the recent New York Fashion Week.
Despite being extremely unusual as compared to your regular boots, the shoe sold out within less than a week of its release. Priced at $350 a pair, this shoe is giving us Super Mario feels.
MSCHF is an “art collective that engages art, fashion, tech, and capitalism” founded by Gabriel Whaley in 2016. This is not the first time they’ve created something out-of-the-box and totally outrageous.
“Cartoonishness is an abstraction that frees us from the constraints of reality, if you kick someone in these boots, they go boing!” That’s how MSCHF describes them. We can’t decide whether we like, love or hate them! Maybe we’ll just have to wait for it to be restocked to get our hands… or shall we say feet on them?
